In this role I administrated the annual process of Dog registration. This included updating and inputting dog and owner data into the relevant database, recording data accurately, receipting online payments and cross checking payments received with the information about the dog. Within this role my duties included pathways data entry, SAP use for time management, Database searches, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail for form validation, sorting incoming mail, writing/sending out correspondence to the public, completing online payments, liaising within teams to correct erroneous forms, keeping records of processed forms for statistical analysis and working efficiently under pressures of high volume mail income.

ADI is a leading global distributor of security equipment. My role was to support internal and external customers providing excellent customer service and technical/sales support to installers of Access Control, Video Door Entry and Public Address systems. Through product knowledge and liaison with suppliers I designed and specified systems, generated customer quotations and offered alternative products where possible which proved beneficial to both the customer and ADI.
