Worked with True Group supporting the following McDonald’s initiatives supporting deployments in about 1500 domestic stores: Hot off the Grill (fresh beef); Cash, Inventory and Timekeeping (ISP replacement); Mobile ordering application introduction; Restaurant Network Transformation (RNT) enabling increased band width for future technology deployments. Developed tracking and communication systems for each of those deployments to insure critical deployment schedules were met. Completed McDonald's certification process for Hot Off the Grill (HOTG) and Operations Technology Person (OTP) levels 1 and 2.

Headed the regional team that developed the strategic template currently used by McDonald's Corporation nationally to plan long term growth. Served on regional people and profit teams and oversaw new product testing for a Made For You (MFY) production system test market.

Senior Operations Manager, 1995 McDonald's Corporation, Oak Brook, IL (Based in Atlanta)to 1996 Part of a 12 person core team responsible for McDonald's branded and non branded food service at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. This included 6 restaurants in the village operating 24/7 for 6 weeks, and restaurants at retail venues operating during the games, eventually utilizing the services of about 1500 employees and countless suppliers as part of the McDonald's Corporation $40 million dollar sponsorship package.
