Currently, I am a Market Research Senior Associate at Chase.Previously, I was a Research Manager at TNS Global. In addition, I am also the Director of Research and Analytics for several multi-clients programs that cover retail banking, commercial banking and affluent investing. As the Director of Research and Analytics I identify and implement cost control measures and research best practices, design questionnaires, deliverables and marketing materials, in addition to being responsible for the quality and content of all client dlilverables. Prior to joining TNS, I completed my MBA with a concentration in marketing and brand management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. In addition to my education related experience, prior to returning to school, I was employed for nearly three years by Strategic Marketing Corporation, now known as GFK-SM, a leading global custom market research firm as an analyst in the Pharmaceutical division.
