My self-starting attitude and creative expertise led to my position transitioning into a full time creative direction position for Concordia. I provide creative direction and project management for multiple design and production team members and freelancers working on projects that include direct mail, digital display advertising, SEO, content marketing, preroll video ads, landing pages, paid social advertising and organic social outreach. As a multi-dimensional member of the marketing team I lend my diverse expertise to everything from video production and graphic design to landing page A/B testing and marketing strategy.

Managed a team of 3 full time employees and 3 student workers to facilitate the visual design, production, marketing and support of 19 online academic programs to over 2,000 students. Areas of responsibility included, PPC management, print collateral design, marketing strategy, system administration, web design and programming, salesforce and marketing automation, multimedia production, graphic design and end user support.
