This is my cradle to grave approach to time recorded that I have used every day since my first day in legal finance and it has produced results (and cash in the bank) wherever I have worked.The ability to see process issues is one of my core strengths and having an overview of the whole revenue process allows me to see where the pieces don’t fit together. A revenue process must flow from time recording all the way through to cash being deposited at the bank and the faster this process flows the better the financial performance of the business.I am very proud of the work I completed at The Ince Group to design and implement the revenue process within the Ince in-house practice management system. This included an extremely powerful online WIP management tool, complete on-platform bill production, complex bill production processes and on-line billing guide production and amendment.I have been extremely lucky to follow that experience and join a very forward thinking firm like Bristows. My skills and experience have added real monetary improvements to the revenue process. This has been accomplished by improving time recording, introducing WIP management and credit control tools and ensuring collection of all outstanding debtors.I am extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of legal finance, from time recording, WIP management, all aspects of legal billing and ebilling, credit management (I am CICM qualified) and all the way through to debt recovery.My boss once said to me "You seem to be the subject matter expert in everything within revenue"
