My duties include resource management and planning, developing & maintaining healthy client relations, monitoring and improving the performance of the program using KPI's & Value add service evaluations, as well as ensuring the overall success of the team and the individuals that help support the program. I also am the primary point of contact with Eichleay senior leadership who contine to provide support for the continued success of the bp program. In addition, I am also the site safety representative responsible for administering Eichleay's safety program amongst our on-site personnel as well as ensuring we follow bp's own established safety program. -
