In addition to my position as a project manager in the Small Projects Team, I am also the Program Manager for Eichleay's Seconded Onsite program the bp Cherry Point refinery. The site-based team consists of over 40 Engineers, Designers, Project Engineers, Project Managers and Procurement Specialists covering Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Piping, Electrical and Process Engineering disciplines. Our program is responsible for executing Small Projects within bp's Small Projects Team (SPT). We also support bp's Owner's Engineer program, Reliability program and other larger cap programs. My duties include resource management and planning, developing & maintaining healthy client relations, monitoring and improving the performance of the program using KPI's & Value add service evaluations, as well as ensuring the overall success of the team and the individuals that help support the program. I also am the primary point of contact with Eichleay senior leadership who contine to provide support for the continued success of the bp program. In addition, I am also the site safety representative responsible for administering Eichleay's safety program amongst our on-site personnel as well as ensuring we follow bp's own established safety program.

Ultimate responsibility for both the quality of Eichleay's deliverables and effective execution of project assignments for a large Oil & Gas refinery in the Pacific Northwest. On larger projects, I retain authority and accountability for all work performed on my projects for Eichleay's client.Additional Responsibilities & Expectations:- Planning, scheduling, leading & coordinating the technical & management aspects of projects.- Leading meetings with clients, contractors & internal staff- Preparing written communication and reports- Managing and forecasting costs & resource needs on projects- Developing lasting relationships with the Client- Developing effective internal working relationships with company management, engineering & design staff and project management peers- Supporting field execution activities during the implementation of projects. Provide technical resources & support for all RFI's relating to my projects.- Preparing engineering project proposals and creating TIC estimates- Management of budgets and trend tracking

- Responsible to provide mentorship and leadership on EHS initiatives. Responsible to actively promote CF’s Safety Culture with all people on site. Successfully led the Supervisory Zero Today team in 2017.- One of the responsible members for CF Medicine Hat's APEGA Program- Responsible for preparing the capital budget. - Responsible for reviewing, validating, approving and authenticating mechanical Management of Change Projects.- Provides direction and mentorship for a team of mechanical project engineers and draftsmen. Has one of the youngest groups on site that have outperformed expectations by delivering on significantly challenging projects. Provides mentorship on smaller level projects (<$6MM) that direct reports are responsible for.- Responsible to develop, manage and execute all activities during the design phase of major capital projects. Currently managing a project to replace an Ammonia Converter and recently completed a project to replace a Convection Section. These projects have budgets > $25MM CAD and are considered large projects for our facility. These projects are managed on highly accelerated timelines in order to meet unforeseen plant requirements. Provides support to the Field Construction team when projects are executed. - Responsible to provide long term vision to ensure upcoming projects are properly planned for and worked on to avoid just in time deliveries or substandard solutions. - Provides technical expertise to the QC group when developing, planning & executing complex pressure vessel repairs.- Supports other projects by reviewing & validating materials selection against process design conditions. Supports other projects by reviewing and accepting mechanical designs to be implemented on our site.- Responsible for executing CF’s ABSA register Owner User Quality program for capital projects.

- Named the Chief Inspector for the Owner / User Program registered with ABSA for the Medicine Hat Nitrogen Complex. Responsible for administering the ABSA registered Pressure Equipment Integrity Manual for the Complex.

o Responsible for managing the quality control program on the site. Responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of our equipment and piping on site. o Has managed and is currently managing several projects required to improve or maintain plant reliability. This includes initiating the capital nomination, preparing the AFE with detailed cost estimate, developing the replacement plan with assistance from other groups on site, and overseeing the execution of the project.o Determines required non-destructive inspections for pressure vessel inspections and for welding construction packages that meet internal and jurisdictional requirements. Responsible to determine follow up activities where required. Also responsible to provide supervision, direction and support to inspectors (in-house and contract). o Continually strives to improve the required supervisor skills needed to effectively manage subordinates through the experiences with managing two current engineering co-op students, one current full time employee, and two previous direct reports.o Responsible to develop and oversee repair procedures when situations arise.o Supports site EHS initiatives. Participates in Safety and Insurance audits where required.o Co-led three United Way campaigns that have taken employee engagement from approximately 25% to approximately 65%. Assisted with 2 other campaigns and provided mentorship to those taking over

Provided specialized pipeline integrity experience, particularly in Integrity Management Plan development and improvements, risk and corrosion management, and field activity support for pipeline clients.

o Program manager for high value client for Cimarron. Managed corrosion assessments for approximately 145 fields at various stages of completion for a senior oil and gas company. o Responsible for conducting internal corrosion assessments for upstream oil and gas pipeline gathering systems. Developed recommendations for additional corrosion mitigation measures based on the findings of the internal corrosion assessments.o Updated a Pipeline Operating and Maintenance Manual based on current regulations and Cimarron’s template for a junior oil & gas company.o Providing technical mentorship for junior members of the Corrosion Group in the Integrity division.o Also was previously acting as Interim Team Lead for the Corrosion team (June 2010 – February 2011). In addition to performing the duties listed above, managing the training and appraisals for team members, managing team members’ utilization, developing growth opportunities and plans for the corrosion group, and supporting business development efforts for the Integrity division.

o Assisted with several engineering assessments to determine if the proposed pipeline system assets are acceptable to operate at higher concentrations of H2S. This includes a review of welding procedures using during construction, an examination of materials currently used in the system, and relevant inspection results while operating the system.o Assisted with several pipeline risk assessments to assess the current levels of risk associated with pipeline gathering systems to ensure that high risk pipelines are identified and develop mitigating action items to help reduce the risk to acceptable levels.o Assisted with a failure analysis of an oil pipeline that developed a leak during operation for a senior oil & gas company.o Assisted with corrosion assessments to determine appropriate materials of construction and acceptable monitoring and mitigation strategies for gas wells producing from shale formations.

o Responsible for updating equipment integrity manuals for several units in an oil refinery in Sarnia, Ontario and chemical refinery in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta for a senior oil and gas company.

o Assisted with conducting a quality analysis of suspect pipe received from an Eastern European pipe mill. Activities included: arranging testing (non-destructive and destructive) of sample sections of pipe, witnessing the inspection of the pipe in Alberta & England, reviewing failure analysis from sections that failed during testing, reviewing all data collected (test results & historical data), aiding in fitness for service analysis of pipe, and assisting in rendering final recommendations to senior management.o Assisted with several audits of sub-contractors regarding Positive Metal Identification and Material Traceability.o Assisted with chemical bid selection for the Upgrading section of the plant.o Assisted with tax credit applications for research and development projects on the project.o Other activities included solving technical problems related to Materials Selection, Corrosion, Non-Destructive Examination and Welding during the construction phase of the projecto Additionally, was a witness for CNRL in a lawsuit that was pursued as a result of the investigation into suspect pipe. This occurred several years after leaving CNRL for other opportunities.
