ASC/Cloud Solutions Administrator working with clients to successfully host, configure, optimize and analyze our best in class TruCare health management system, comprised of over 30 subsystems, with internal and 3rd party applications such as McKesson CERMe, CareWeb QI, Wulters Kluwer Medi-Span, Avaya RightFax, FICO Blaze Advisor, jBPM, JasperServer, iReports, Jasper Reports, as well as x.12 278, web services, and others to deliver a comprehensive medical management application.Experienced with vCenter server, storage allocation, redundancy via HA or FT, efficiency via DPM and DRS, Windows Server admin including DNS, Active Directory and Group Policy, IIS, SQL server installation, upgrade and administration including replication, always-on, scaling, linked server configuration and SSIS.

As part of the implementation engineering team I focused on implementing and integrating our state of the art CM, DM, UM comprehensive health care management platform for both hosted and app managed as well as self hosted clients.I also maintained hosted client vSphere environments, performed Windows server administration, DNS and Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting.

As a Project Specialist I am responsible for all planning and implementation efforts including coordination of technology deployment to end users, the development and maintaining of project plans/timelines, coordinating project operational and capital purchases and staying within budget; planning software installation, training and support; leading teams and working with customers to adjust workflow processes to leverage newly deployed technology; maintaining open channels of communication with senior management/sponsors, vendors and assuring integration with other IS initiatives. Finally I act as a technical resource to other Ancillary team members and Hospital Information Systems teams.

As an Informatics Technical Consultant I am Abbott Laboratories first-line contact with customers in delivering Data Innovations Instrument Manager middleware solution and the Automatic Processing Solution (APS). IM provides a bridge between laboratories' information systems and their analytical instrumentation and fills key gaps in data management functionality by using expert decision logic to facilitate the management of samples and the delivery of results. My position also involves consulting and implementation/integration responsibilities with respect to Architect analyzers and the Automatic Processing Solution (APS). I also collaborate with sales representatives to close new business, interact with customers' laboratory and IT personnel to craft effective solutions, perform installation and integration work to facilitate highly automated laboratory operations, and provide customized consulting services to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Provided an escalated level of telephone troubleshooting for GEMweb Plus and IMPACT middle-ware data management products for IL’s Technical Support Group (TSG) and Technical Sales Representatives (TSR) as well as customer end-users, customer IT groups and L/HIS vendors. Assists Sales force as needed in establishing correct network and IT requirements and configurations for potential and existing customers.

Responsible for domestic and international technical support of approximately 15 models of clinical and biomedical analyzers that perform a large variety of chemistry and blood gas analyses. Also responsible for the installation and support of the Patient Data Manager (PDM) software suite. This application centralizes blood gas record keeping (patients, real time QC, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration records). The base system supports 2 devices with an upgrade option of supporting up to 9 individual Nova analyzers. The PDM can be interfaced with a HIS or a LIS computer. It has restricted access for some or all functions and even allows central remote laboratory control of point of care blood gas testing sites in Remote Review mode.

Performed highly complex biochemical and analytical laboratory tests in the followingsections of the clinical laboratory environment: chemistry, blood banking, microbiology,hematology, and coagulation. Executed sensitive laboratory procedures, validated testresults and provided clinicians with data necessary to determine the presence, extent,cause and treatment of disease. Developed, implemented and executed lab QualityAssurance (QA) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for validation testing thatensured the accuracy and reliability of test results. Utilized various clinical laboratorysoftware suites including: MediTech®, Cerner®, Sunquest® and HemoCare®. Reviewed Quality Control (QC) documentation for compliance with current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLPs).
