Managing customer concerns through the 8D process, and establishing good working relationships to achieve beneficial corrective actions.Developing quality system for robust reporting and analysis of internal quality concerns.Presenting training and development aides to the shopfloor to meet the customers and business expectations.Creating and presenting PPAP submissions for new products through the business.Working with a small inspection team to ensure that any internal defects eliminated prior to delivery to customer.Measurement of tubes on an ITP (CMM) machine.Developing internal PPM and external PPM reporting.Carrying out supplier audits and managing suppliers to meet the business requirements.Developing and maintain the Quality performance of the business to ISO9001.

•Representing the company as a Tier 1 Supplier by supporting the customers with product introduction, development and any non-conformances.•Managing supplier non conformances through the 8D process. Developing good relationships with the suppliers to achieve improved performance.•Investigation and rectification of any internal non-conformances reported to the department. •Reviewing Supplier PPAP submissions and working with Suppliers to ensure that they fulfil the requirements for successful PPAP sign off..•Verifying supplier IMDS submissions.•Project Management experience gained when introducing individual parts through the CHG system to manufacture and supply.•Creating, managing and issuing Work Instruction documentation.•Experience of developing APQP, FMEA and Control Plan documentation within a multi functional team.•Generating Quotation Acceptance Forms which are used to analyse the cost of manufacture against sale price and also to quote price increases / reductions for current work.•Developing SQA documentation and tools and utilising these to carry out supplier audits.•Carrying out and managing the internal audit schedule to TS16949 & ISO14001 standard.•Developing and maintaining the Quality Management System within the organisation.
