I am a customer relations expert with 10+ years of professional experience providing exceptional customer experiences and communicating effectively with diverse populations. Currently I am seeking opportunities to translate my skills in customer experience to work in Undergraduate Admissions. Career Highlights: - I recruited and reestablished Disability Resource Committee for UPMC Mercy Hospital to enhance the patient experience by educating staff on resources, policies, and current updates from the Disabilities Resource Center - My Patient Relations department (team of 3) received regular recognition from the Department of Health, staff, and patients regarding management of customer experience and complaint resolution of a hospital with 400 inpatient beds, a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, as well as outpatient and billing services. I resolved ~500 cases annually as a part of this department.- Most recently, I demonstrated independence, attention to detail, and data management skills as a Research Associate at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
