Matt is a proptech innovator and leader with 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry. He has a deep knowledge and passion for developing and deploying cutting-edge software solutions that enhance the local brands of Realtors and provide them with the best tools and data to serve their clients. He is a former General Certified appraiser with expertise in valuation and market analysis.As the Executive Director of doorify MLS, Matt manages a staff of two dozen specialists and reports to the CEO of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS and the DMLS Board of Directors. doorify MLS is a regional multiple listing service that provides proptech services to 15,000 Realtors in 16 counties surrounding Raleigh/Durham and Research Triangle Park. Matt is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and partnerships of the organization, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly products and services. He has a track record of launching and growing successful MLS systems, such as LIST-IT, and Spring, that were licensed to dozens of cities in the US and Canada. He has also received multiple awards and recognition for his innovation and leadership in the proptech space.
