He is a former General Certified appraiser with expertise in valuation and market analysis.As the Executive Director of doorify MLS, Matt manages a staff of two dozen specialists and reports to the CEO of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS and the DMLS Board of Directors. doorify MLS is a regional multiple listing service that provides proptech services to 15,000 Realtors in 16 counties surrounding Raleigh/Durham and Research Triangle Park. Matt is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and partnerships of the organization, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly products and services. He has a track record of launching and growing successful MLS systems, such as LIST-IT, and Spring, that were licensed to dozens of cities in the US and Canada.
