Each of these experiences have taught me valuable lessons about how best to work collaboratively with people to deliver value, the importance of understanding exactly what’s needed and delivering the right solution, effectively.I’m a firm believer in servant leadership, starting from a position of trust, working and delivering in an agile way, clearly understanding user needs, validating solutions, delivering regularly and learning all the time.
