Chosen by the Regional Manager and placed on the 'Store Manager of the future program'. Responsible for monthly customer service targets, guide and coach staff in all areas of the store and deal with frustrated customers. Other responsibilities of the job role include key holder, opening and closing the store and cash office.I was also fortunate enough to manage a team of 30 processing staff for the opening of the brand new TKMaxx Cannock store. It was my responsibility to ensure 200 pallets worth of stock were being processed correctly and being taken out on the shop floor on time.
