As Product Realization Manager at VIA Information Tools, I managed a multi-national R&D team to coordinate new product development, product releases and overall product direction. My primary focus centered around a core MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) suite of software aimed at process enforcement and process data acquisition in automotive and medical device manufacturing facilities.
