While at Steam, I was responsible for making sure the aesthetic and functionality of the physical the spaces we occupied were in good order. I had oversight of the 60,000 sq ft headquarters as well as eleven remote offices. During my tenure there, I coordinated a relocation of our workforce into our newly renovated space, relocated two branch offices to larger space to accommodate growth, and opened four remote offices.

One property was owned, and three were leased in order to meet the congregational demand.

Founded in 2012, I stepped into a Managing Partner role in early 2014. My primary function was to maintain excellent service to our clients while implementing some new marketing and operational tactics with a goal to drive sales. In 2014, Wee Care saw a 61% increase in sales over the previous year.
