I was responsible for placing 3 of the 5 Regional Directors, spearheading the sales-side effort of a significant MEDDPICC roll out, including embedded tooling within the CRM, ensured pipe-build was a consistent priority activity and provided coaching and leadership throughout the sales process. Team was able to secure several high-profile, early-pilot customers on the newly released Dynatrace GRAIL data lake house, massive parallel processing technology.FY20 - FY22 Upper Midwest - Also newly formed as the result of sales team expansion. I was responsible for placing 4 of the 6 Regional Directors, managed the run up to IPO and maintained sales momentum through post-IPO hyper-growth. During my tenure leading this Super Region we achieved over 350% growth and multiple team members went on to receive promotions and continue to thrive within Dynatrace.FY19 Northeast - This was my first billet and was comprised of 6 Regions across 14 states plus Eastern Canada. This was a significant increase of responsbility from my prior experience as Regional Director. This year was highlighted by several high 7-figure transactions including a $25M, 3-year deal which was the first field sales transaction to break through the $20M mark.- President's Club FY19, FY21, FY22

Hired into what had been the Compuware Application Performance Monitoring business prior to acquisition by Thoma Bravo in 2014 and rebranded as Dynatrace.During my 3-years as Regional Director I was responsible for a team ranging of up to 8 AEs selling to large Enterprise organizations across MI, OH, IN and Western PA.Provided leadership during a chaotic time in which the company completely rebuilt and rebranded the core technology offering - navigating a period of confusion in the market and among our customers.
