Greetings!I have an eclectic working history of: -6 years of Debt Collection experience (2017-present) -2 years of Pharmacy experiences (2016-2017) -2 years of Retail Sales experience (2014-2015) -2 years of Inventory management (2012-2014) -1 year of teller experience (2010-2011)I pride myself in being a highly motivated and adaptable employee who is accustomed to learning and thriving within complex work environments. I get along with most everyone and enjoy being a member of motivated teams.Probably cliche; but my biggest strength and weakness is the same; I am passionate. As a strength, my passion makes me a highly productive and efficient employee who readily takes charge of responsibilities I am given and improves upon the process to complete them. As a weakness, being passionate causes me to become frustrated if my or my team’s productivity is hindered by inefficient equipment, practices, peers, or leadership.As an ENTJ, I often volunteer for or am assigned leadership related tasks and responsibilities. I believe in leading by example and with a personable and direct approach.I believe and implement the Kaizen method for improving productivity and efficiency; many small improvements can create a huge increase in performance.I believe everyone deserves a fair opportunity to succeed at their role by being provided the tools, purpose, motivation, guidance, and direction they need to succeed; failing to provide such means the teams failure is a failure by management.I seek long term growth in my career and hope to one day manage a large team or department; but for now, I am perfectly content cultivating my craft and developing my small team.
