Construction of 28 kilometer iron ore conveyor system and associated plant infrastructure ie transfer stations, chutes, drives etc. As part of the electrical/Piping division I was coordinating the installation of all fixed electrical equipment as well as installation of process water pipe work within the associated transfer stations. My Daily duties consisted of fulfilling daily KPI's, leading a zero harm safety culture throughout the workforce, coordinating with clients in regards to construction progress and targets. Other responsibility's were adhering and liaising with strict QA checks signing off all ITP's for the completion of the associated CVC stages and assisting mechanical division in regards to completion/punch listing of plant and equipment

Construction of an Iron Ore stockyard outflow facility and train load out service. Main duties were planning and organizing the installation of Modulated and Stick built Transfer Buildings, Sample Stations, Overland Conveyors, Stockyard Conveyors and their Counterweight GTU Structures. Within these structures involved installation of mechanical items such as Belt Feeders, Sample Stations, Electric Drives, Pulleys, Take up trolleys and all Conveyor fittings. All structures included Fabrication and installation of Process Water and Compressed Airlines throughout the buildings and installation of all their relevant sump pumps, valves and spray bars. During the project my work crew consisted of Riggers, Mechanical fitters, Welders, Boilermakers, Pipefitters, Crane operators, Dogman, Painters, Trades assistants as well as subcontracted company’s such as Belt Splices. I was responsible for the installation and construction of all these items up until CVC stage of commissioning. This included ensuring all relevant QA/QC sign off documents were closed out in line with project completion datesMy daily duties were ensuring that the work crews work environment was always safe and strive to lead and maintain a high level of safety whilst onsite. Attending daily interfacing meetings with the client and other subcontractors, fulfilling all company based daily /weekly KPI requirements, liaising with management for project task planning and manning associated with plant and equipment and all relevant labour requirements needed for the duration of the project
