Designed analog and digital circuits for the company’s R&D division, drew the schematic and PCB layouts using Altium Design, and programmed Microcontrollers in C programming language.Worked in an ESD protected environment, with respect to detailed ISO and 60601 regulations.Used devices such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters for testing circuits and analyzing the behavior of components and IC’s used in a circuit.Successfully designed the circuit and the PCB for an EEPROM copier device that copies any given EEPROM to multiple empty ones all at once using SPI and I2C serial protocols. Atmel microcontrollers and C language were used to drive the digital portion of the circuit. This device helps the company to repair many popular but obsolete Philips and Siemens medical-grade monitors for the customers. Designed a dual fan controller circuit board which adjusts the speed of the cooling fans of a medical imaging device, based on the heat level inside the box. Thermal sensors, Atmel Microcontrollers, PWM signals, transistors, bypass capacitors, UART to USB and many other analog and digital elements were used in designing this circuit.Designed and developed the circuit, programmed the microcontroller (using C and Atmel Studio) for a keypad/USB user interface, and developed the DICOM Medical Software (using C# and Visual Studio) for Ampronix’s upcoming DICOM Medical Imaging Capture device series. UART to USB, DC to DC convertors, and Atmel Atmega32 Microcontroller, were used in this circuit.
