Experienced project manager and economist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing analyses to evaluate environmental, economic, and social impacts of environmental and natural resource management programs and policies for a wide variety of government and NGO clients. My work focuses in particular on ecosystem service valuation in the context of land and resource management, restoration planning, and coastal and marine resource management. Recent projects include:* Evaluating costs and benefits of agricultural land management practices to reduce nutrient runoff (for Environmental Defense Fund);* Developing benefit-cost and regulatory impact analyses of rules developed under the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammal Protection Act (for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service);* Characterizing and quantifying the socioeconomic benefits of Bureau of Land Management forests and woodlands (for Bureau of Land Management); and* Developing systems dynamics models to explore the environmental, social, and economic tradeoffs associated with water quality management initiatives on Cape Cod (for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency).

Lead Analyst and author on multiple regulatory impact analyses and benefit-cost analyses of environmental policy initiatives. Projects included characterizing and valuing the ecological benefits of the Clean Air Act Amendments for the U.S. EPA and developing multiple economic analyses of rules related to the protection of endangered species across the U.S.
