Develop financial modeling scenarios that achieve schedule deadlines and affordability metrics targets, while meeting the utility’s financial targets.- Analyze municipalities’ annual financial reports, operating/capital budgets, bond prospectuses, and sociodemographic data to determine the financial, demographic, and socio-economic condition of the region.- Analyze businesses’ and individuals’ tax returns and supplemental financial data to assess their financial capability to pay for environmental controls or penalties.- Manage the U.S. EPA Penalty and Financial Models Helpline to assist government environmental enforcement personnel with using and interpreting the models.- Prepare presentations and reports to support settlement negotiations in response to federal government enforcement action.- Coordinate and oversee the work of junior analysts on multiple projects.
