Promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2017.Created the Managed Services division within Blue Ridge Networks nearly 20 years ago to provide secure outsourced remote access and site to site network services to government agencies and commercial customers, especially within the healthcare and financial industries. Today, this division manages the cybersecurity needs for endpoint and critical operations of enterprises worldwide. As COO, Gray is responsible for the sales, partners, marketing, logistics and operational support of Blue Ridge. Gray continues to provide leadership in a growing cybersecurity company.

•Created Managed Services division to provide secure outsourced cybersecurity services for endpoint security and secure remote access networks to commercial and government customers. Includes 24x7 support for both managed services and product customers.•Created secure operations center within Chantilly facility to monitor and maintain Managed Services customers.•Design and deploy Cloud infrastructure for endpoint security management and threat intelligence gathering.•Designed and established multiple SSAE 16 certified Co-location facilities to house customer equipment and corporate IT equipment.•Led initiative to create and manage policies and procedures to deploy and support endpoint and remote access security products for managed services customers, including Operations training and support.•Led initiative to create and implement corporate security policies in order to become SSAE 16 compliant Managed Services provider.•Manage deployment of hundreds of retail stores including ordering and installation of multiple ISPs, configuration, testing, and implementation of secure equipment and dial backup, and store turn-up on a timely basis. Created procedures to simplify the management process, including databases and training material.
