Value adds , and recommendation offered should be inline with our risk department ,innovative ideas to enhance the growth and constant evolvement of the business unit is a part of our services offered to business units.I have been employedd at WesBank since 2005 and has started as a contact Centre Consultant managing inbound calls from customer regarding their vehicle accounts or other assets , I have worked in the Insurance Department and our online facility , I then moved on to become a Team leader and was active in the role for 7 years , this consist of managing a team of between 10 - 20 people, where I have had to ensure that quality and target daily ,weekly and monthly is met , coaching fro improvement and development was part of my daily functions', daily , weekly and monthly stats for the team per individual as well and team average had to be managed by myself .
