With Maureen at the helm, Grays Peak continues to illuminate pathways to progress, inspiring transformation and fostering positive change wherever their journey leads.Before founding Grays Peak, Maureen carved her path as the Child Support Coordinator at the Colorado Judicial Branch, bridging the gap between the judiciary and state, county, and federal child support programs. Her remarkable leadership journey culminated in her appointment by the Governor of Colorado to the prestigious Colorado Child Support Commission in 2005. Rising through the ranks to become Chair in 2016, Maureen spearheaded statewide initiatives, pioneering advancements in child support guidelines and advocating for the welfare of children and families.Maureen's passion and expertise have garnered recognition, including the prestigious 2013 Excalibur Award by the Colorado Family Support Council, celebrating her visionary leadership in the child support community. As a former Deputy District Attorney and esteemed private attorney specializing in family law, Maureen's accolades include the coveted "Statewide IV-D Attorney of the Year" award and the esteemed "Spirit of the Child Award".Maureen is a two time Past President and Honorary Lifetime Member of the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council and a former Board Member and active committee member of NCSEA. Maureen continues to inspire positive change and shape the future of child support services.Maureen's journey began at Purdue University, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology before obtaining her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
