IRT - Incident Report Team ( June - Present)Handle the most critical cases for the company e.g. altercation, harassment, accidents and etc.Perform initial incident priority assessments to identify the required steps to remediate the incident and to ensure the appropriate resources respond and engage in the restoration effort.Research and maintain proficiency and professionalism in critical situations.Escalate any issues that may arise during the issue resolution and communicate with management and relevant stakeholders regarding the status of the incident
