Voting member of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors for the University of Southern California (USC) Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) Alumni League. We plan and provide activities for the Alumni and support the Midshipman of the USC NROTC through mentorships and scholarships. I record and distribute the minutes for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors.

I am a multi functional director at Ziggurat Design. I handle the finances, provide administrative, planning, recruiting, coaching and encouraging direction for the company while also providing health, nutrition and stress management for the proprietor of Ziggurat Design.

I taught many lifeskills through Anger Management. I also provided Restorative Justice programs, Anger Management, Coping Skills, Employment and Job Search classes to a local prison for their transitioning inmates going back to their communities.

Multiple personnel development, management and leadership positions, highlighted by three specific posisitions. 1. I lead over 800 military, civilians and union members to operate a naval base in the Northwest. 2. I lead a staff of over 100 military, civilian and contract personnel to provide drug and alcohol abuse prevention strategies and training to US Navy bases throughout the world. 3. I lead a Family Service Center staff of 26 civilians and military to provide counseling, referral and training in lifeskills, financial management, parenting, transisitions, relationships, relocation and self-improvement.
