Ms. Thomas brings unique talents as a tech translator, connector, motivator and accelerator of innovative change. Ms. Thomas has established a reputation as an energetic, creative and collaborative problem-solver with a demonstrated passion for growing mission-oriented organizations and advocating for small businesses, including working with veteran-owned and women-owned small businesses.Ms. Thomas serves frequently as speaker/panelist and organizes virtual and hybrid conferences and technical symposiums on entrepreneurship, women in innovation, small business opportunities/startup funding vehicles, technology and SBIR/STTR. She has published articles on small business challenges in tech industries, including satellite, microelectronics, cyber and UAS/UAV. In her free time she can be found working on her restored sailboat or cycling the C&O canal.
