Students enroll across three campuses.Designed and executed a multi-phase, semi-annual onboarding program for 70+ incoming MBA students, ensuring timely and relevant communications, resulting in high satisfaction survey ratings and accolades.Collaborated across internal departments to design and implement upwards of 10 professional development and career management events per year, including speakers, case competitions, networking, providing students with relevant networking opportunities, information, and skills to help them achieve their career goals.Coordinated and facilitated individual and group advising and coaching opportunities for 300+ students biannually, to ensure students’ performance was optimal and they were getting their needs met.Directed high-profile, signature 300+ person graduation event three times per year. A $6-million, federal program addressing issues of systems change through 30+ projects in the domains of public policy, research and advocacy.Managed relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders, both domestically andinternationally. Primary liaison with the Institute on Disabilities' Statewide Community Advisory Counsel; partnered with senior Temple University leaders in the College of Education's Dean's Office, Grant Accounting, Telecommunications, and Computer Services. Managed the Institute's first-ever arts festival, hosting over 30 artists of varying prominence, successfully raising the Institute's visibility with thousands of students, faculty and staff. Generated $6,000 in sales, a percentage of which was donated to the organization. Met objectives for multi-phase field trials including 40 participants. Recruited subjects, managed corporate partnerships to obtain necessary technology, and supervised two research associates. Presented findings at national conference.Initiated and supported a broad range of institutional advancement activities, including the start-up of the annual fund campaign, the formation of the volunteer development committee, and coaching of the Executive Director, resulting in the Institute's first $10,000 annuity.Represented the interests of the Institute on Disabilities on the Statewide PA Human Relations Commission Disabilities Stakeholder Committee, Policy Committee and Inclusive Education Work Group.
