Offered individual career counseling and job search advising to undergraduates, graduate students and alumni. Partnered with Deans, faculty, alumni, parents and employers to develop experiential learning opportunities and expand recruitment opportunities for all students.Designed, developed and implemented a 6 week Internship Training Program to prepare sophomores and juniors for the internship search and acquisition process. Program was piloted during fall semester, 2014Served as advisor to a student Career Services Marketing Committee tasked with branding The Office of Career Services to the campus community through various promotional activities including an annual "Career Services Carnival" which brought together employers and students in a casual atmosphere for the purpose of networking. The carnival achieved a record attendance of over 400 students in Spring, 2013.

Served as career advisor of FutureLink program to Verizon Associates - facilitated workshops (onsite and live-on-the-web), performed administrative and personal outreach, and offered advising sessions on various topics including "Organizing Your Life", Retirement Readiness", "Back to School", and "Personal and Professional Development". Assisted associates in creating career plans for positions within Verizon or outside Verizon. Provided informational sessions on back-to-school preparation, tuition assistance, and professional or personal development. Conducted group and individual advising as required.
