The policy and process I created for the US was used as a model for the global publication policy and process. In the global department I was able to reduce the budget by 40% and increase the number of publications by 35%. Cycle time (from study end to primary publication) was reduced by 20% ensuring publication timing coincided with study result reporting on clinicaltrials.gov.

In creating this new department, I worked with all company stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and pain points.
