- Act as Chief Compliance Officer and Operational Risk Officer for the Payments Services business line (credit/debit card issuing, merchant services, car loans) and the Collabria subsidiary (credit card issuing for Canadian Credit unions).- Put together and manage a team of professionals in compliance, operational risk, internal controls and litigations.- Attest of compliance of operations for nearly 2000 employees and that the operational risk and compliance programs are deployed according to the organisation's and AMF's expectations.- Responsible for the implementation of controls and appropriate insurance coverage so that operational losses related to merchant services (Acquiring risk) are in line with the risk appetite.- Leader for the respect of the Payments associations operational requirements (Interac, Visa, MC) and for PCI-DSS certification.- Ensure that operational risk and compliance policies and practices are in place.- Produce reporting for business lines and management.- Represent operational risk and compliance on various internal/external committees.
