With more than 20 years of experience in the field, I am a certified coach and trainer with credentials as an International Coaching Federation coach, a Co-Active Training Instituted graduate and coach, and in Myers-Briggs, DISC, and EQ assessments. The joy of this work is in watching people develop the confidence and presence that helps them live a fulfilled life. Confidence helps us make the choices that bring joy. It motivate us for accomplishment and helps us find greater fulfilment in life. My coaching approach focuses on a full, balanced, and designed life. I help my clients discover their strengths, values, and passions, and support them in achieving their goals. My training expertise includes communication skills, leadership development, public speaking. I also help people prepare for difficult conversations, crucial presentations, and job or promotion interviews. For teams and boards, I provide facilitation and consultation in team communication and planning, using interactive and engaging methods to foster collaboration, alignment, and action,My partner in seminars for self-expression and confidence is Sandra Ish, an experienced local actor, voice coach and director. She's a Fine Arts graduate who has an extraordinary gift for helping anyone find a full, centered presence.
