In the last few years I have completed my Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, just about finished raising my three wonderful children and have laid both of my parents to rest… all while providing for my family as an active talent development professional and Founder of the Workplace Learning & Performance Group. Life has been crazy, full, exhausting and exhilarating at the same time - and has truly tested my personal resilience.My passion is to teach individuals and organizations how to be more resilient.
