We teach inspired leaders and organizations how to improve their performance so they can achieve their desired results! We do that through providing training and development programs in the areas of supervisory skill development, leadership growth, strategic planning and individual coaching. Some of our more popular topics are on: Resilience, Communication, Leadership, Diversity, Presentation Skills and HR topics for Front Line Managers. The WLP Group is well connected in the industry and is positioned well in many different environments. We have worked in corporate, non-profit, government as well as associations. We have a skilled team of experienced professionals and subject matter experts who provide excellent course instruction to our clients. We assisted in the development of the Supervisory Skills program for SDSU’s College of Extended Studies, and have been a long time training provider for the University. The Supervisory skills series has been a long standing program and consistently successful offering by the University since 1996; the WLP Group has been the sole training provider for this program since 2006. We are in the process of launching this content in a licensed format to interested clients. Recently we secured the contract to develop a new Train the Trainer program in Healthcare Information Technology for UCSD.
