CurrentProfessional part of Openet’s Service Delivery Organization serving AT&T’s critical roll out of 5G Policy and Charging Network Functions delivering new products, enhancements to existing platforms and Azure migration/upgrades. . Key player responsible for the teams’ delivery of the entire project life cycle: from the reception and revision of the statement of work to the successful production deployment. Continuously working with the team to cover all areas of program management, requirements creation, effort and cost estimation, resourcing of software and test engineering teams, coordinating the development deliveries and integration of components from different teams, controlling the quality of the solutions, tracking financials and interfacing with multiple AT&T’s vendors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities• Currently managing simultaneous, multi-feature Agile projects with project budgets ranging from $100K-$5M to achieve AT&T’s targeted and measured business goals and objectives. • Coordinating and scheduling resources across multiple organizations to align software and hardware project requirements with business goals and objectives.• Identify, monitor, report and escalate project-related issues to achieve timely resolution. Implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and business objectives.• Utilize Openet’s and AT&T’s project tracking tools and systems to accurately document design, coding, testing, certification and deployment milestones completions, project issues, corrective action plans, project jeopardies, and project completions. • Maintaining excellent reporting communication with Functional Team Members, Scrum Masters and all levels of Management Leadership to ensure early identification of issues and timely reporting of status. • Demonstrate stellar people networking capabilities that enable critical alliances with Development and Test, Engineering, Inter-Vendor and Customer groups to ensure program delivery.
