Postgraduate in Project, Quality and business Management.I worked during many years for brands as Motorola, Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Blackberry and Dell, in Brazil and Argentina, where I lived during 3 years.Since 2013 I am working in a company that imports, produces and sells more than 3500 different kind of products: smartphones, tablets, notebooks, TVs, toys, home appliances, sports and heath care, car audio, audio & video, computer accessories and many others.I manage one Team in Brazil and other one in China counting with more than 100 coworkers in total, including Software, Hardware, Testing and quality Engineers.I have been in China about 17 times and one of most important project of my professional career was setup a Team and implement an office and laboratory there.My main responsibility in China is select suppliers and products and also control the whole quality system:• Supplier Factory Audit. • Initial Production Check (IPC). • New Product Homologation, Qualification and Validation.• During Production Check (DUPRO). • Production Monitoring (PM). • Final Random Inspection (FRI) and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). • Packing & Loading Supervision (PLS). • Suppliers residency Process.My main challenge is bring products keeping the balance between Quality, Cost and Time.In Brazil, I am in charge of New Product Introduction, Testing and Product Engineering and my duty is keep KPIs as RMA, FPY and Scrap under control.English and Spanish.Green Belt certified.
