• Supervised receipt, storage, and issue of all types of technical supplies, spare parts, and equipment worth over $35 million at home base locations and $90 million overseas locations.• Procured, stocked, and cataloged over 300 lines of aircraft parts worth $30 million for a new aircraft model under a tight timeline while deployed based on comprehensive demand analysis.• Worked directly with the maintenance sections ensuring that all parts were tagged process and turned in IAW application regulations.• Managed the Commander’s critical parts availability dashboard, identifying and mitigatingproject issues and risks.• Worked closely with the team, stakeholders, and vendor team to ensure successful projectimplementation and proactively resolved any project delays, scope changes, or discrepancies.• Analyzed the supply chain operations and identify opportunities that will improve the KPIs like• OTD (Order To Delivery).• Designed and implemented Rapid Deployment packages to prepare and enable the Commander to seamlessly deploy to three locations at a moment's notice. • Developed and implemented a demand analysis and replenishment methodology to availability of on-hand parts and a reorder point threshold• Facilitated the transfer of overstock and surplus inventory to Units in short supply.Reducing acquisition cost in several large volume product/commodity categories.• Supported department to ensure existing inventory and associated expenses are within• budgeted targets.• Maintained effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks, and the• management team.• Appointed as the Hazard Communication Manager Conducting multiple inspections, conducting training, including but not limited to, hazard control, Soldier safety, quality improvements, MSDS, and OSHA standards.
