Offering over 20 years of construction industry experience, my current role as a Project Manager, I have responsibilities that include budget preparation, value engineering, construction document reviews and document control. I also coordinate scheduling, field operations and subcontractor relations with the Executive in Charge. I'm well versed in all aspects of the construction process and I possess a proven track record in the warehouse, retail, multi-family and hospitality markets. I implement and execute the appropriate project management, document and cost control measures to ensure the successful delivery of an Owner’s facility. I gather information from clients and relay those needs to our designers to ultimately provide the client with a project they can be happy with.
