 Led a professional and personalized consulting strategy for small to medium companies onboarding 22% more companies to hedging strategies.  Achieved trading goals for years 2016 through 2018, with fulfilment of sales-profit budget of 127%, 108% and 104% respectively.  Ranked as third-best manager at country-level in 2016 for budget achievements and customer service NPS score.  Granted leadership certification from 2016 to 2019 after completing educational program per year.

 Continuous participation in annual front office board meetings, structuring innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.  Built a new reporting solution for managers to keep track of meetings with clients implementing a hub of information and acquired compromises.  Succeeded on set budget with a 10% increase in profits for year 2016.  Mentored transition process for new incoming interns, helping understand importance of role and need for a constant commitment.

 Planned and presented front office profit’s report for Treasurer and CEO as well as weekly committee headed by front office treasurer.  Leader of the intern’s teams for all Colombia.  Tasked with construction of a new database for clients according to internal restructuring carried out in early 2016.  Constructed new daily newsletter for clients, passed it on to new interns after finishing intern period.

Finance and Logistic Manager. January 2014 – May 2014Tasked with the financial control and outlook for the company. Although it was a temporary enterprise we had significant resources that had to be well managed. The main task focused on fundraising and acquiring sponsors support. Created a control process for expenses with a set goal of two million Colombian Pesos in revenue that would be donated to the selected foundation. • Generated strategies for funding that resulted in investments above the required value. The money was used for an event with a subsequent donation to a foundation named Tambores de Siloé• Led the negotiation with Durex Colombia and Tinto Verde clothing brand as our main sponsor for the fundraising event.

 Charged with control and management of the restaurant and its personal in search of a top of the line dining experience with great quality and a superior focus on customer service.  Executed innovation in kitchen procedures, with new waste management program and clear weighting procedure for each different item in menu.  Developed personal and professional skills as a full-time student and employee.
