My main goal is to enhance the reliability and availability of the asset to keep its intended function fulfilled within its present operating context.Since 2004 I have been working as a Predictive Maintenance Engineer and Condition Monitoring Engineer.Within the last 13 years I have been analyzing and diagnosing the mechanical vibration of turbochargers, gas and steam turbines, fans, blowers, alternating compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, wind turbines, gearboxes, reciprocating engines and electric motors and electric generators.I have solid skills in condition-based maintenance techniques (CBM), with proven experience in mechanical vibration analysis in static and dynamic equipment, infrared thermography (IR), root cause analysis (RCA), nondestructive testing, electrical testing, ultrasounds and dynamic balancing in the field.Furthermore I am extensively experienced in identifying, analyzing and diagnosing failure modes and effects in rotating equipment at oil & gas installations, electrical generation installations, naval industry, food industry, petrochemicals, metallurgical industry, water treatment plant and paper industry.During my career I have developed strong knowledge in handling software and hardware for analysis of mechanical vibrations, thermography, electric tests, and ultrasounds tests.
