CurrentSince 2005 I have been performing different kinds of tests in order to diagnosis rotating and static equipment through the analysis of mechanical vibrations, thermography testing, electrical testing and ultrasounds.I have done Root Cause studies of machinery with the dynamic analysis. For this I carry out Modal and O.D.S analysis, hammer tests, start and stop tests and cross channel phase analysis. In addition to this technique, I have done the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) though Patran software and following this, for the determination of the natural frequencies of vibration, I have used Nastran software. Furthermore, I have performed balancing rigid rotors in the field.I advise industries to implement conditions-based predictive maintenance programs (RCM). My job description also included the provision of advanced training courses in mechanical vibration analysis applied to predictive maintenance.Over the last two years I have specialized in the diagnosis of hydraulic turbines through the analysis of vibrations (Bode and Nyquist analysis) with multichannel tools.For the acquisition and processing of vibration records I was used to work with software and hardware such as ME’scopeVES, Emerson CSI, Rockwell Automation, SKF, OROS, Rovsing, FLIR, and SDT Ultrasound Solutions. For performing electrical tests in electric motors I was used to using software and hardware at PdMA.
