During my time as a Senior Product Owner at Impala Studios, I had the pleasure of working with exceptional teams to bring exciting new features to our top-performing apps. Together, we ensured that all of our app offerings were well-supported and met the needs of our users. As a Senior Product Owner, my goal extended beyond translating business needs into clear, prioritized backlogs and product roadmaps.I'm genuinely passionate about creating a positive and engaging team atmosphere that builds trust and a shared understanding of our company goals across groups that might have individual goals or KPIs. I believe that positive results are easier to achieve through practiced collaboration.Here are some of the highlights from my journey at Impala Studios:* We formed a talented team that is dedicated to enhancing the flight-tracking app.* I translated our product managers' vision into actionable items that delivered exciting new functionality to our customers.
