RPO Project, Korn Ferry in Corning Display Technologies Taiwan Corning RPO Project from Korn Ferry is an on-site team in Corning to partner with Talent Acquisition, Center of Excellence (TA COE) to deliver the full spectrum of IDL recruitment & sustain the recruiting operation success for multiple Business in Taiwan region, including 1 head office with all corporate functions, 3 manufacturing plants, 3 RD labs, & 2 Asia Engineering centers. Job responsibilities:• Partner with TA and diverse parties to plan and execute recruiting relevant projects and branding activities:- Summer intern program: Set up the whole program timeline, design and arrange activities such as orientation, team building, leadership sharing and final business presentation. Take in charge the recruitment of engineering interns and prepare onboarding logistics. Lead interns and be the mentor.- Campus job fair and Campus talk: Coordinate with universities for planning and participating campus recruiting events. Work with vendor for the design of events’ layouts, such as main design, giveaways, E-DM and others.- Take in charge of other project and program: Disable intern program, RAISE program, Employee referral program and RDSS program.• Support screening resume of engineering function by team needs.• Maintain and manage job board website and job posting such as LinkedIn, 104 and Corning official website.• Train two junior admins.

Job responsibilities:• Support recruiting end-to-end process including interview schedule arrangement and coordination, offer letter preparation and new comer on-boarding preparation.• Generate and analyze recruitment reports.
