• Maximized events exposure whilst ensuring members received an appropriate number of mailings by developing a process for event mail shot recording and tracking that updated mailing lists after every mailing and dealt.
• Assisted the Head of Events with the CIA Awards Programme by collating candidate forms, logging all details in Excel, sending forms to judges, arranging judging meetings and liaising with candidates as well as sponsors.
