 HR SSC structure and process design of all HR domains, including Recruiting, ES, Payroll and Benefit, etc.;  Built the operation foundation, service management framework setup; Ensure the delivery in a standard, efficient way  Transitions and Mobilization, ensure a smooth transition from local to SSC, create transition plan and follow the plan to make sure all deliverables meet the target Daily Operations and Operation Excellence Analysis on current state based on interviews, data and outside in perspective Deep-dive on overall process based on process data and practice view Identify the root cause of the issues, leading to understanding of how, where, when and why the process fails Value case and roadmap of recommended improvement scenarios

Process Management • Lead team to ensure the whole compliant HR operational processes to comply with internal/external requirements including but not limited to sourcing, interview logistics, on-boarding, background check and new hire integration Operations • Accountable for the full range services delivery in accordance to the defined services level agreements and established standard working process as well as in adherence to local recruitment team • Developed the team’s approaches to drive for operational efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction through a commitment of continuous improvement of key performance measurement areas Team Management • Guide team members in skill development and provide support for individual development plan
