Current- Ensure effective project execution through developing project plans, monitoring outputs and outcomes, and budget spending- Arrange regular and ad hoc meetings with NGOs and academic partners with a view to monitoring project progress and steering change of plans if needed- Act as the primary contact point of external evaluators who are tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of various components of the project - Report the up-to-date project information through verbal and… Show more - Ensure effective project execution through developing project plans, monitoring outputs and outcomes, and budget spending- Arrange regular and ad hoc meetings with NGOs and academic partners with a view to monitoring project progress and steering change of plans if needed- Act as the primary contact point of external evaluators who are tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of various components of the project - Report the up-to-date project information through verbal and non-verbal means, such as compiling papers which summarises the project’s achievements for discussion by Steering Committee and presenting findings of the evaluation to four existing and potential NGO partners- Devise all-rounded stakeholder engagement plans to engage different stakeholders, e.g. mega professional development workshops for teachers, educational animations for parents via YouTube channel, and a press conference for the public with over HK$7million public relations value generated- Arrange VIP visits to our Community Hubs.
