These passions have led me to degrees in Economics & Finance and a Masters in Finance, the forerunners to a Treasury career, Wall Street New York and an appointment to the Board of Directors of an Australian Retail Bank.I am also fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to pursue my passion for Information Technology and build a start-up IT Services company to over $50 million in revenue per annum with offices throughout Australia.In reality, building a business quickly requires momentous energy and I now love helping others focus their effort in areas that benefit their business most and avoid costly mistakes that have been made before.Today, technology can take care of most business processes, so I obtain my business building passion through coding and programming new systems for clients. I love to work with business to create a new App or IT System from an idea to a prototype and transforming it into a working product. In today's technology led world, it is time for a new way of business. Technology must be designed and built to deliver customer and business outcomes and work the first time. I have done this repeatedly at companies big and small and am currently building systems and aggregating big data for a number of businesses and not-for-profit organisations. But I have never neglected my life long writing passion. Ever since I was a young boy I have had a passion for words. Professionally, I have written about coding, system development, behavioural science, digital marketing and teach coding languages to adults. Personally, I still love to write, having written three novels and published essays and articles on a wide variety of topics like philosophy, love, religion, photography and travel.
