Responsible to organize and manage the After-Office Hours for all offices around the globe. Daily, I am checking orders, technical issues or offers from the vessel's, shipping companies or agencies. Assign cases to my team and guide them to successfully process each case. Furthermore, I constantly update my knowledge for UKHO products and of SOLAS requirements, in order to support the customers with the best way as a team leader.
