Worked as a CSR for PayPal for over a year and was later on promoted as a Coach L1 ( Quality Analyst) were I was tasked with evaluating agents calls and providing necessary feedback and guidance, a year later was promoted again as a Coach L2 ( Production Supervisor) were I was tasked with managing the daily operations of team members and identifying any areas of improvement at the same time ensure that employees keep their productivity up and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. After over 3 years of working for ePerformax I decided to try and pursue work from home opportunities hence I started working as a Sales and Marketing executive for a US based company making outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of securing appointments at the same time working with sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.w
