Dubai based niche Staffing & Recruitment, RPO and Executive Search firm offering a bespoke and highly consultative recruitment service to local and international organizations across the GCC, in both professional services and primary industries.Responsibilities:• Defining, developing, planning and implementing robust recruitment strategies in line with client requirements for both short and long term priorities.• Conducting retained executive searches with global reach on behalf of prestigious holdings and multinationals across several industries.• Identifying and closing mandates for top-tier leadership talents (C-suite & Board members) in the MENA region.• Using multiple sourcing channels like Linkedin, head hunting, boolean search, job portals, utilizing referrals, social networking, online advertising and market mapping to identify passive candidates and to attract for the roles.• Screening and validating candidates over the telephone and in face to face meetings, ascertaining information on skills and experience whilst assessing competency and motivation• Negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates in on salaries in accordance with client requirements. • Working in partnership with hiring managers, responsible for the identification and delivery of talent throughout the whole recruitment process.• Ensure level of contact is maintained post placement or during contract with candidates and clients• Building possible opportunities through candidate leads to chase and provide new jobs for consultants. • Networking with passive candidates in order to grow the existing candidate database.• Track all recruitment activities and communicate analytical data about all facets of the hiring process, including effectiveness of recruiting sources, interviews, hires, turn downs, and declined offers.• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients & candidates and get the repeat business.
