Supervise and ensure the consistent implementation of Corporate Identity and Branding in any corporate communications and publication.>The goal is to drive internal and external engagement with our brand through corporate identity, brand, and visuals. Example:>Ensure the consistent corporate branding and identity implementation in the Annual Report and the internal and external corporate communication information (news, portal web, article, corporate, creative ads, greeting, and corporate social media).B. Create corporate writing and copywriting and develop the content brief.> An example like standby statements, corporate releases, articles, video captions, Etc.C. Giving a Visual Communication Advise > Design brief for corporate project > Create a communication strategy and insight through visual communication strategy to achieve and drive internal and external more engages with our brand - Project examples: supervise layout article in the inflight magazine, digital marketing content (cooperation with marketing team) & Annual Report. Desty app currently offers two products, a landing page generator (link bio creator) called Desty Page and Desty Store (a service that allows users to create an online store complimentary to marketplaces).Responsibility :- Supervise the optimization of digital marketing spending in Google Ads.- Boost the leads (sign up audience) through Google Ads, Conduct audience & competitorresearch, and LP analysis- Build & supervise campaign plan & day-to-day optimization.- Develop content brief for the campaignObjective :- Achieve cost/conversion based on a company goal- Increase the leads especially from Search channel- Maintain the CTR around above 2 %- Bring "desty" become top 3 in SEM Google page searchAchievement :- Generate SEM - Become Top 2 in SEM Google Increase the conversion (lead) up to 11%- Decrease cost/conv around 22%- Decrease total spent around 13 %- Gradually maintain the CTR stay above 2 %
