As a junior medical writer at Nieuw learning, I apply my scientific writing, biomedical, and oncology knowledge to create clear and engaging content for the delivery of bespoke learning within the healthcare industry specifically in the field of oncology. I also ensure this content is produced with accuracy, quality, and relevance.Previously, I completed my MSc at the University of Sussex on how to identify blood-brain barrier crossing compounds for the induction of macrophage-driven anti-tumour immunity in glioblastoma multiforme. I presented my research findings through a presentation and a poster, showcasing my ability to communicate complex scientific concept effectively. Moreover, my academic journey has equipped me with a diverse set of skills within genetics and molecular cell biology, biochemistry, physiology, cellular pathology, statistics, microbiology, and immunology laboratory and theoretical techniques. Beyond technical proficiency, I have honed my capability to effectively oversee research projects and consistently engage in the critical review of academic literature, with a specific focus in oncology.
